Hey, my name is Christian. Welcome.
This blog started out as a way to blow off steam, but then became something else. An acquaintance created National Road Magazine, and I soon became a contributor. I happen to live at one end of the National Road that runs through the middle of Indiana. It seemed fitting.
I don’t know about this writing thing. I enjoy it. I think it’s a healthy thing to do. My first published article was in Finerminds.com. Technically, it went viral. That should be your first clue that I have a lot of interests. You’ll find everything here from bread baking, to hunting, gardening and short stories. I’ve been published in Dark Gothic Resurrected Magazine and INK. There is more in the works, if I could stop enjoying the journey so much and remember to write it down.
My career has been eclectic. I’m a historian by degree, financial services pro by trade, and general tinkerer because it keeps my mind busy. Don’t pay too much attention to any of those things, though. I’m still figuring it all out.
